  • Click on start button to send bulk email.
  • important note : Import emails from excel file, first row and first column (first cell) must be write column name = ClientEmail.
  • Click on the “Configure” button located in the top right corner of your screen.

  • Set your email account domain, for example, Outlook or Gmail.

  • Configure the SMTP server and port as follows:

    • SMTP Server: smtp.mail.outlook.com
    • Port: 578
  • Provide your email credentials by setting the email ID and password.

  • Set the display name associated with your email account.

Following these steps will ensure the proper configuration of your email settings.

  • Write your subject in the “Subject” field.
  • Compose your message in the “Message” box.

These steps guide you through the process of manually entering email addresses, setting the subject, and composing your message.

Import Excel:- 

  1. Select the Excel file containing client email addresses.
  2. Write your subject in the designated subject field.
  3. Compose your message in the provided message box.
  4. Click on the “Send” button to dispatch bulk emails.

Following these steps will enable you to import client email addresses from an Excel file and send bulk emails with the specified subject and message.

  2. Write your subject in the designated subject field.
  3. Compose your message in the provided message box.
  4. Click on the “Attach” button to add an attachment.
  5. Choose the file you want to attach.
  6. Click on the “Send” button to dispatch bulk emails.
